Living the busy and chaotic life, that we all do (but, honestly, not me at the moment), there are a few things that can make it all a bit easier. So here is my list of seven things that always lift up my mood and make me instantly feel much better:
- BREAKFAST IN BED
Is there a better way to start a day, than macaroons in bed? I think not.
So warm up and boun appetito, a day can await a couple of more minutes.
2. A LITTLE BIT OF READING
While already breakfasting, use the spare moments to catch up on the articles in your favorite magazine or read a book.
3. YOUR FAVORITE PERFUME
It is scientifically proved that just a few drops of your favorite scent is an instant mood lifter.
4. GOOD JEANS
This may sound a bit funny, but I honestly believe that a good pair of jeans can totally transform your look and elevate your mood. If you look good, you must feel good as well, right?
One look at the bouquet of flowers in my room, can make my day. It’s just so much easier to work, if your work space looks pretty.
6. HEALTHY SNACKS
Your body will appreciate it, you will feel better for doing something good for yourself and it can look just suuuuper pretty.
7. SCENTED CANDLES
My favorite thing to do, before I go to bed, is to light up some scented candles. They always relax me and make my mood and at the end of the day, that’s just what you need before a good night sleep.
